Teach me PHP (Marlton, NJ)

I am a graphic designer who mainly works in print, but occasionally I have made websites using Flash, Dreamweaver and FrontPage. I would now like to learn PHP (either WordPress or Joomla- which do you recommend?) for a couple of personal sites I would like to make. There are a variety of elements I would like to include on the sites: a blog, online payments, embedded video, password/member area, possibly a discussion forum. In the past I have gotten books and done tutorials to teach myself how to make different sites. But this time around, quite frankly, I am feeling lazy and would like to pay someone to walk me through the process, starting with set-up/installation, and then the how-to's of getting the site to look how I want, up through how to update it after it is initially published (I have updated and worked with PHP sites before, but never been involved in their design). Just to be clear: I am looking for someone to teach me how to make a site, not someone to build a site for me.

If you are interested, let me know what you could teach me, how much you would charge and roughly how long you think it will take (I think I am a fairly quick learner). And if there is anything else you think I need to know, tell me!

SEO Professional Looking for a Website Designer To Partner With (South Jersey/Voorhees)

Put this ad out there a month ago and the only responses I seemed to get were people cutting and pasting a standard email they send to every employer looking to hire a web designer.

While we are not looking to hire a Web Designer, we are looking to partner with a Web Designer.

I am a local SEO Professional who along with one sales person is starting to construct an SEO company located in South Jersey.
