It is considered discriminatory to specify one gender or another. You can say "women are encouraged to apply". However, this seems very strange. Why women ?? Also insurance claims at a CAR WASH? You say you want them to call about claims, but then you also say they will be working outside. Working outside doing what??! Sort of suspect if you ask me. I would suggest to any woman considering applying here to be careful. This sounds creepy, you don't know who might be "behind" this ad (this is Craigslist after all). Take someone with you when you apply. Google the number and/or name of the business. Just do not take it at face value.
