This give the aquarium the feel of salt water in a fresh water tank. Comes with emperor 400 bio wheel filter, electric heater, gravel filter that hooks to sink for easy removal and fill of water, food for few months, chemicals for cleaning. I bought all the equipment brand new. The tank was purchased used but has never leaked in 3 years. My goal for the tank was to make it a bar so I custom made the cedar base with storage underneath the tank. I moved this tank once from State College to Spring Mills and don’t want to do it again. I also would like to cut down on my upkeep. The filter is great change once every 2 months. I have a light on it which is just a standard florescent light with an oceanic bulb for plant growth. Produce/Concession Sheds (Lewistown, Pa) $800

You are looking at a well constructed, long lasting 8'x8' wooden shed that can be used as a concession stand, storage unit, or anything else you can think of. The shed was actually used for a summer as a Lemonade stand, but has since been sitting lonely for no purpose. It is electrical ready and has a padlocked, 2-section door on the backside. The original wooden roof was just replaced with tin in preparation for selling it. As you can see in the picture, the front section of the shed folds upwards (as well as the sections on the sides) to allow for it to be used as a concession stand.
