I am offering up my housing contract for the spring semester of 2010.

DO YOU NEED A HOUSING CONTRACT FOR THE SPRING 2010 SEMESTER? If you are a female undergraduate student that does not have any type of on-campus housing and would like to live on campus, please contract me at lgc5018@psu.edu or 484-574-1821. Please note that this is for an on-campus housing contract at Penn State University Park and there is a possibility that you may be placed into supplemental housing at first.

AUG 2010-2011 Contract BJT (Bryce Jordan Towers) $775 1bd

I already renewed my lease for August 2010-2011, (because I didn't want to be without housing) but I wish to live somewhere else with a different group of friends.
Therefore, I want to sublet my contract, preferably the whole contract, or whatever semester you might need.

Rent is $775 a month, but I can negotiate. (utilities included)

Everything is fully furnished. Full kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms.
You get your own room!!
There are 3 other seniors living there, they are awesome, very clean and personable!
