Landscape Hard scape/Maintenance Position (State College)

A local landscape/construction company looking for an energetic person to join our team. An experienced person with at least 2-3 years in the landscape/maintenance/hard scape profession. Can operate skid steers, front end loaders, backhoes and lawn mowing machines. Can and will do snow removal at all hours, since that is the nature of this job. Can work on their own or supervise two other crew people. Is professional, and particular. Likes people, the outdoors and understands the nature of the occupation. Other duties would include, mowing, trimming, basic landscape design work, some light construction and demolition at down times. Some renovation work done inside and outside. Wood cutting and chipping. Must have valid license. Must have a vehicle, can drive a standard, must have a good driving record. Must have good, valid references. Increase in pay would be considered with experience and references. We are looking to start training part time in fall and winter months to bring on full time in late winter/early spring which would go into permanent full time. Stating rate is $10.50 per hour. Some full time positions come with benefits.
