something seems fishy to me? (Vero Beach)
I responded to an add for a house for rent in Vero. When the "owner" responded he advised me that the home was in a very nice section of town called Feeding Hills, and when I checked on the tax appraisers site-the person's name didnt match the listed owner of the property. I'm a little paranoid about stories where people pay rent to someone who doesnt even really own the home, which is in foreclosure, etc.... So, someone please advise...IS there actually a Feeding Hills community in Vero? Thanks
