Painter to finish outdoor on brick house (Tuscaloosa)

Need an hourly painter, no students who can't paint. Will pay for mileage and serve lunch and drinks, some windows need to be repaired with wood filler, started project and broke my leg. Can pay only $300, a good painter could probably do it in 8 hours, brick house, wooden windows (6 singles) 4 doubles, fascia and under fascia (spelling?), one outside french door. Very little scraping, just some wood filling, sanding and we have all the paint already bought.
