SUMMARY:
Construction Services - Responsible for approving or disapproving monthly draw requests; monitoring such construction services as construction progress, and close out documents. Davis Bacon Wage Rate worker interviews and payroll report review for housing construction projects assigned by the NYSHFA. Must be an RA or PE.
