We are a New York based property preservation company. We work with Independent Field contractors who perform routine maintenance on a variety of foreclosed residential and commercial properties. We currently service several States and are expanding our network of Independent Contractors in the New York area.

Our Independent Contractors have their own crews and own equipment necessary to complete the assigned task. They are issued a work order specific to the property and must be able to complete the work order within the time allotted. They are also responsible for completing the necessary property condition reports, and taking digital photographs of the work that is completed. They must also keep continuous communication with our head office regarding the status of assigned projects.

Some of the contractor jobs include: initial securing, trash outs, boarding and re-glazing windows, grass cuts, evictions, lock changes, winterizations, debris removal, basic plumbing and basic home repairs. Contractors are also responsible for supplying any necessary bids for future work as well as on site bids for emergency repairs.

Qualifications: Licensed contractor, computer knowledge, deadline oriented and an effective communicator. We perform background checks on all of our independent contractors and compliance documents must be on file prior to receiving any work orders.

Think about it, if you can get just 3 leads in an hour that’s $30 an hour. This type of job is most fun and effective if done in groups. I am looking for high school or college students with cars who can go out 3-4 times a week to cold call for about 3 hours each time (or more if you prefer). If you have friends who are also looking for a part time job get them interested and do it all together. With more people it makes it more competitive and fun.
