Overview

Responsibilities:

Educate sales team on technical concepts as it relates to the product as well as our customer’s technology.
Participate in sales activity encompassing standard company methodologies and solutions.

Be familiar with relevant software verticals, competitors and online communities to identify new business opportunities.
Provide customer feedback to Product Development and Professional Services.

Design and help close ecommerce consulting engagements.
Understand the cost drivers, tactical and technology options for typical ecommerce challenges.
Provide timely reports on the status of merchants and perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
3+ years of experience in customer service and / or e-marketing/E-Commerce Industry experience.
