Reporting:

Quality Assurance Engineer reports to the Director of Platform Development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Help mitigate risks on a variety of projects related to RevenueWire’s e-commerce platform and affiliate network, as well as the supporting software systems and services required by these core services. This position, under the guidance of the Director of Development and Project Manager will be to maintain and standardize QA process/protocol/procedures within the company to enable proper pre-launch testing and issue identification, as well to ensure conformity of a complete project with related requirements and specification documents.

Skills & Abilities:
• A degree in computer science or equivalent education is required.
• At least one(1) year of related work experience
• Experience in PHP, Javascript, CSS and HTML
• Experience in web application development
• Experience in relational databases – specifically MySQL
• Unix/Linux environment
• Experience or competent knowledge of best practices in analyzing uses cases and creating test scenarios and test cases.
• Ability to implement black box as well as white box test cases.
• Competency with software development life cycles and ability to work alongside development teams in various phases of development and define test cases.
• Experience or competent knowledge in supporting automation efforts within an Agile/iterative environment.
• Working knowledge of bug tracking and reporting systems.
• Detail Oriented, Team player.

Primary Accountabilities:

Maximus BC Health, Inc. has an immediate need for a Business Systems Analysts who evaluates IT applications and systems, business functions, processes, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
