Computer Technical Trouble Shooter (Inner Harbour)
Part time, on call contract position. Will be required to come to hotel within 1 hour -8 hours of the telephone call for help- if the problem can not be solved over the phone.

WCG International is currently seeking a full – time Information Technology (IT) Manager to join our team. The IT Manager will act as a bridge between business operations and keep up to date on the latest requirements of operations.
This position will be responsible for a variety of specific full cycle IT projects that span research, recommendation, implementation, maintenance, training, etc as well as helping operations utilize information systems to improve efficiency. This role will also provide wrap-around application support, maintenance and management services for business applications. The IT manager will manage support personnel and will participate in troubleshooting IT issues. This support is provided both remotely and in person.
Qualifications for this position include a suitable blend of education and experience, ideally a minimum of a 2 yr Associate’s degree combined with at least four years relevant work experience and MS or other IT related certifications. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Project management experience and experience / familiarity with SOX are also desirable qualities. Experience working with the employment services field an asset.
