Unions (WV)

I have worked non union construction most of my life , No benefits, dental, low pay, and would get screwed out of overtime every so often, And safety was a joke. All of this is all too common working non union construction. I am in the Union now, and i now make almost 40% higher pay, i have benefits, pension, annuity, I know i will be paid for all the time i work. and safety is much better too! Anyone whos thinks Unions are bad, are brainwashed ,iggnorant, and they are scared! People need to Unite and stand up to these corporations and stand together and demand to be treated with respect and like hard working people they are! Do not let fear over take you! Everyone has a right to jion a Union! I worked both sides and let me tell you its a night and day difference!
