Senior Office Manager – IMMEDIATE HIRE! (Annapolis, MD)

REGIONAL ACCOUNTING FIRM located in Annapolis!

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinating and managing all administrative functions within the company.
• Responsible for all the day to day accounting.
• Responsible for timely billing of clients.
• Point-of-contact for all information technology and office equipment.
• Supervise and coordinate all administrative activities to include the management of all administrative staff.
• Oversee all ongoing office projects to include marketing materials, scheduling, etc.
• Directly supporting the President of the firm including setting up meetings, creating memos, etc.
• Coordinate the firms hiring needs and the orientation of new hires.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials.

REQUIREMENTS
• 5 plus years of experience in Office Management and Bookkeeping.
• At least 3 years of time billing experience in a Law, CPA, or Engineering Firm.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Exceptional organization skills a must.
• Advanced computer knowledge.
• Must be a dependable team player who is hard working.
• Must be able to multitask and delegate responsibilities.
• Able to follow up and maintain accountability of projects.

Tax Preparers Needed (Hagerstown)

Learn to prepare Federal & state income taxes from a 15 year experienced CPA. This isn't your typical fall asleep boring seminar series! This is a lively and interactive class being held 2 nights/week for a 3 week session that will prepare you to work for any tax prep biz. I am a young and growing office heading into my 3rd year so I will be hiring students from this class to work in tax season!!

Not interested in working in tax season? Take the class to learn a few things...this class just made one of my October students over $7,000 in lost income tax refunds! I will all but guarantee you will learn something that will save you money too!
