Senior Electrical Engineer (Annopolis)
Description:
Client seeks Sr. Electrical Engineers to join their rapidly growing team in Annapolis Junction, MD. This international A&E firm is focused on supporting the Government by working on restoring and modernizing Federal agency’s electrical and mechanical infrastructure. The scope of services and support includes program management, studies and architectural/engineering design services, systems engineering, risk management, strategic planning, master planning and construction implementation services in locations worldwide. The ideal Sr. Electrical Engineer(s) will have experience in any one of the following disciplines power plant design, HVAC design, project management, construction, engineering, operation & maintenance.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor of Science degree & Masters of Science (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline or the sciences from a four year accredited college or university.
Experience:
Seven to ten years of professional experience. Professional Engineering License required. Seven or more years of experience in plant equipment assessment, project engineering, construction and/or related discipline. Ability of self directed work to scope projects in the area of Industrial or power plant design on115 kv, 15 kv, 4160 v, & 480 v systems. Desires working experience with analytical modeling & simulation [ETAP, SKM] Short Circuit, load flow, stability, relay coordination arc flash, real time modeling & other studies, SCADA Systems, PE license preferred, Active TS clearance required, must be clearable to TS/SCI w/poly.

Quailfying questions: Requirements & skills required
1. Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related discipline, advanced
degree a plus; extensive work experience may be considered in lieu of
education.
