Property Preservation Field Tech (Western MD)

Ideal candidate: Has worked in the default/property preservation/foreclosure business for at least 6 months, and has a truck, trailer, generator, compressor, yard care equipment, and general hand tools. Dig a Trench $200 (Hagerstown, MD)

We need someone to dig a 30 inch deep x 16 inch wide x 100 foot long trench for a concrete base for a wall around our house. You can use a trencher or back hoe (if you have one) for the majority of it but some of it is too close to our house and must be done by hand. We are looking to do this asap, we already have a building permit.

We install weekend directional signs for new home builders in the Carroll County area. All signs are installed after 5pm Friday evening and removed Sunday evening after 5pm. Training will be needed for the first 2 weeks. After the two weeks of training you will be on your own. All installers are required to have reliable transportation (preferred a truck or van for easy access to materials). All installers must call Friday evening to check in for any possible changes in the route and Sunday evenings after all the signs are removed. Signs can go up anytime so long as they are up by 9 am Saturday morning. All signs must be removed by 5am Monday morning.
Pay is based on how many account you have and the total number of signs installed. We currently have two accounts in the Carroll County area that pays a total of $113.00 per week. The two accounts take minimal time to install.
