Maintenance/Installation Technician (Cumberland)

Maintenance company seeks maintenance worker for installation and repair duties. Compensation is set at $17.00 hourly. This is a full time permanent position.

This associate performs a wide variety of tasks involved in the construction, repair, maintenance, overhaul, and conversion in connection with a variety of pipefitting projects. Installs, makes repairs on, and recognizes the causes of equipment failure on a variety of refrigeration and air conditioning units and systems. Makes repairs to system components such as hot water, chilled water and steam coils, steam traps, isolation valves, centrifugal pumps, control valves, and thermostats.

Must have: Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment. Ability to use measuring devices and perform layout work. Knowledge of installation, repair, etc. Knowledge of materials.

Residential facilities management company is seeking a maintenance technician for general maintenance and repair duties. Job scope includes the following:

Maintains scheduled maintenance on: H.V.A.C., elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment. Responds to maintenance requests by residents for items needing repair in their rooms, including repairing plumbing, electrical, heating and replacing light bulbs.
