Hello, My name is Rhonda and I am a Mother of 3 great kids ages 14, 11, and 9 and a Nursing college student. We are currently looking for a Single family home for rent in Washington county, perferably out of the city limts. I would love my children to remain in the South hagerstown area school district but we would be willing to move if the right house came available. I have several great references. I keep a clean home! We have a 7 year old cat, ferret (in cage), Small Lizard (in cage), small outside dog, and a giunea pig (in cage). I do have section 8, and I know a lot of land lords do not want to rent to people with it because of its "bad name". But I am an exception and have the references to prove it. I take care of the home I live in. The reason why we would like to move from our current house is because our basement has mold growing in it, and my son has asthma. He has attacks because of it and our landlord has not corrected the problem. Although I love my landlord and the house, my son must come first! Also, the house has a mouse problem, and I have tried everything but they will not stop coming in (we are located right in front of a cow field, so they must make their way over from there) My section 8 voucher allows $940 a month if utilities are not included, and $1240 if utilities are included (it may be going up soon). If you have a home with atleast 4 bedrooms that you are renting and it is out of the city limits, please concider us. Thank you for your time. Hello there! I am looking for some temporary housing until I move to Northern Virginia with my fiance in January. She took a job down there, but I'm keeping my job here until the end of December. We have given up our apartment in town and I am looking for a place to stay for November and December, possibly part of January.

I don't need much space, all of our belongings are either in Virginia or in storage. I just need a room to sleep in. I work full time during the day and may take a part time evening job until I leave too. So I won't really be there a whole lot. When I am there, I will gladly help keep up with any cooking, cleaning, or maintenance duties.

I can't afford a whole lot for rent, because our move to Virginia has taken a lot of money. But I can help out as much as possible. If you have a spare room and could use a little extra cash for the holidays, I'm your guy!!!
