couple in need of housing beginning end of march (hagerstown)

We are a young engaged couple (her 24 me 30). both of us are polite and respectful and stay to ourselves for the most part. I am a writer and work on a cleaning crew beginning in april she works in a restaurant. we recently had roommates bail on us and are going to be in need of an apt or room/s for just the two of us. In spite of the fact that we listen to rock and metal and industrial music we appreciate all music and even though and our wardrobe consists largely of black clothes, we are good people and We are both fairly easy to get along with and pretty laid back, both responsible.

we are open to sharing a home with someone we can get along with, (which is basically anyone who isn't a terribly closed-minded or hateful person) renting a room from someone or optimally renting an apartment. Our income isn't terribly great however so the most we could afford is what we pay as our share of rent in our current place (until end of march anyway). Which is $400 a month but could possibly swing $450 for the right situation.

We are both employed in hagerstown so we need something located here. Seeking a Comfortable 3 Bedroom (*Section 8 Accepted *) (Hagerstown)

I am looking for a clean, safe & comfortable home in Hagerstown or the surrounding area that accepts Section 8.
My voucher is for a 3 bedroom & there would be no delay for approval etc.
I have good rental history & have always cared for the property as if it was my own.
I have only ever had two landlords, and tend to stay long term.
I have been an example of what a Section 8 tenant should be in my book, and I know everyday I am blessed to have the stability that the program offers.

I do have small children whom require good space to play!
I do not drink, smoke or do drugs (EVER) nor do I "party". I am a mom, and I do not have time for that lifestyle.
