A $50.00 deposit per bidder will be required for participation. Successful bidders will pay the balance due by 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 1, 2010 in the Town Treasurer's Office. Items sold must be removed from 185 Guelphwood Road (or their current location) by Friday, April 2, 2010, by appointment only, during normal business hours. All successful bidders are solely responsible for all costs for removal/pick-up of items.
Items can be viewed and inspected starting at 8:00 a.m. Saturday, March 27, 2010 at the auction site. Sealed bids will be accepted at the same place from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Bids will be opened promptly at 10:15 a.m. The Town of Southbridge retains the right to reject any and all bids be it deemed in the best interest of the Town of Southbridge.
