Handyman or Contractor Needed (Yakima)

Property Preservation Company is seeking Contractors and Handymen to complete work orders in Central Washington. Work Orders entail securing, rehabilitating, and maintaining foreclosed homes; specifically, changing locks, winterizing, mowing grass, trimming shrubs, removing debris, performing various repairs, and reporting work performed. The reporting consists of taking digital photos before and after all work, no exceptions, and emailing photos with a brief description of work completed.

Equipment Requirements:
Truck or trailer
Air compressor, shop vac, and hose
Lawn mower, weed wacker, and blower
Drill and hand tools
Digital camera
Computer and internet access

Work orders typically have a 24-72 hour turnaround time, which means that you or your company must be extremely reliable.
