I have ten matching windows that were litterly put in a home and then taken out. They have been removed from a home only because the new owner decided he wanted tinted glass in his new windows. They are in perfect condition, white vinyl on the inside and brown vinyl on the out. They all have good screens. It’s a good set for a whole home. Would sell separate if needed. I have : one-8ft wide x82inch tall sliding glass door, two-23.5inx47.5in solid, one-59.5in x 47.5in solid, Three- 95.5in wide x 47.5 tall( two of them have 2ft slides on both sides,xox and one is solid.) The last is brand new that matches the rest, it is a 59.5wide and 35.5tall slider. All these are very common windows that fit8ft by 4ft openings, 5ft by 4ft openings, 2ft by 4 ft opens ect. The dimensions are all just .5inches less than a ft each way for a great fit. I will take any reasonable offer, the 8ft glass door was around799 and the 8ftxox are around 500 each. Lets make a deal. This could save you 1000s on a window pack if your building a new home and use them accordingly. Again white on the inside, brown on the out from the factory, no paint. Carport in Packwood 14’x28’x9’ (Packwood)

For sale is an existing carport structure. Could be a shed, a garage, a barn, or just lumber and metal siding or roofing supplies. The building is 14’ wide, 28’ 4” long, with 9’ to the trusses. Made of solid sawn wood with green fiberglass roofing, this originally covered a travel trailer. Later the walls were added between the posts, along with the metal siding. There is additional metal included to recover the roof. The metal is three different colors total (brown, white, and blue), but the pattern is exactly the same for all. The posts are fastened to concrete footings with brackets.

The carport is in Packwood. Make me an offer, but your labor (time, equipment, vehicle) will be required to remove it. I’ll provide all the 110v power you can draw through a 15amp breaker. Further, it will need to be removed by early May! There are lots of salvageable materials, if you don’t want to reinstall the structure somewhere else. A new structure will replace this, but with a different architecture and location, so I’m selling this as is. All the timber that I’ve seen is sound.

I’ve already got an offer to remove it for free, so don’t bother competing with that. I’m looking for somewhere between $250 and $2500, with a firm commitment to remove, preferably before May. The concrete piers go with the structure, so you can take them if you can move them. Access from the street is good, but there is a tight squeeze between trees (see photos), so it will not come out in one piece. Removal will not begin before payment is made. Yes, the skis are included in the sale. J
